So what's the process?
Firstly,you pick your project from the pricings list (be it portrait or poster or something else) and send me an email (lucy@hansonworld.co.uk) regarding what you’re fancying.
If it’s a portrait or family scene if you could send as many high-quality photos that show:
- People
- Clothes
- Pets
- Hobbies
- Character
- Sentimental objects
or any other quirky things you might want adding into the picture!
If it’s a poster, I’ll need all the text that you’d like on the poster as well as a description of the vibe, photos you’d like including or anything else you think necessary.
For a logo, I’ll need information on what it’s for, and it’s a good idea to also consider whether you’d like a simpler logo or a more complicated one, such as the logo for “The Cuckoo’s Nest” (see Recent Work).
Once I have these details I can start work drawing or designing your commision.
- If it’s a poster or a logo, expect your work within about two weeks.
- If it’s an illustration, I’ll send you an outline shortly for you to confirm everything’s just as you’d like it. Then I’ll start colouring and shading. If it’s a shorter project, it’ll probably be with you within two weeks, and some within a few days. However please allow potentially more time for longer projects.
