We are a small, family operated company. We make instruments, not just pick and pack them. Our expert staff all work on instruments and also help answering the phones, processing online orders, stock taking and many other jobs that are required to keep things running smoothly.
It’s great to be busy but it does means that we may not always be able to answer phone calls or emails right away;
We don’t offer super fast ‘Amazon’ style deliveries. We do provide expert knowledge and advice and will always do our best to help you.
The easiest way to be in touch with us is to request a call back: Click the blue button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. We will respond typically within 24 hours.
If you are looking to try out an instrument or you would like a specialist to take a look at your instrument, it is best to arrange an appointment in advance. This helps us to help you, ensuring the right instruments are available, ready and set up to play and a product expert is on hand to help.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS IS ADVISED, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL. For the best service and experience book an appointment and tell us as much as possible about your visit.
