We are a small, family operated company. We make instruments, not just pick and pack them. Our expert staff all work on instruments and also help answering the phones, processing online orders, stock taking and many other jobs that are required to keep things running smoothly.

It’s great to be busy but it does means that we may not always be able to answer phone calls or emails right away.

We don’t offer super fast ‘Amazon’ style deliveries. We do provide expert knowledge and advice and will always do our best to help you.

The easiest way to be in touch with us is to request a call back or fill in the contact form below.   To request a callback, click the blue button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.  We will respond typically within 24 hours.
