The LX alto saxophone is everything you could wish for in a late 1950’s Selmer ‘MKVI’, but without the 60 years of wear and tear. Our keys sit perfectly under your fingers and the sound and feel is just right. The LX is a great choice if you’re looking for the best ‘players’ sax – It’s going to cost approximately half the going price of a sixty year old Selmer, yet will play and feel at least as good.
This saxophone is finished in a honey gold lacquer, which we think makes it an awesome looking sax, and does not feature a high F# key.
