Description
The Hanson STVIII is a true professional model, expertly made and superbly finished. This is a sax which will stand up to being gigged hard– the construction is ribbed and bell keys are double braced for strength. Genuine mother of pearl touch pieces feel superb under your fingers and the Italian premium pads are set perfectly using traditional shellac so there is a crisp ‘pop’ right down the sax, meaning that the lower notes really sing out. This particular saxophone features a frosted gold finish on the body with gold lacquered keys.
This is a second hand instrument that is in fair condition, with some lacquer damage on the back of the instrument as can be seen on the pictures below. The instrument will also be supplied with a Hanson case and all the accessories.
