The Larsen L224-199 Tzigane Violin String Set offers a reliable sound to violins with a naturally bright tone. The A, D and G strings feature a multi filament nylon core which produces warm, mellow tones with sharp focus. The E string has a steel core and is unwound for direct notes with clear projection. The silver and aluminium windings provide your playing with a more comfortable feel. The Tzigane strings have a naturally lower string tension to achieve a more authentic, traditional folk style. These strings are designed for full size violins and all feature a ball tailpiece end.
